Values Workshop Activities

This game has been designed to help set the right culture in a group of people and help build mutual trust. It will empower all participants to act upon the results of this game.

Instead of talking about values that are underlying of the organizations' employees are encouraged to show these values as pictures from magazines. This way it is easier to show, tell and understand perceptions.

Ice breaker and introduction to working with values

This activity helps participants value each other, by focusing on the tiniest actions of kindness. Could be used at the end of a session or workshop.

Let people show you what matters to them.

Give people a chance to explain their priorities in their own words by inviting them to create a care package for a specific purpose.

Exercise to show that thinking in categories and principles is helpful and necessary and at the same time, these categories and principles should be checked on a regular basis.
